Eileen commenced her position as Chief Executive Officer of Bendigo Health in October 2023. She is an accomplished senior executive with more than 20 years’ experience in the health industry, and has held various Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director roles in Victoria and New South Wales in that time.
Eileen was previously Chief Executive Officer of Chris O’Brien Lifehouse for nine years. Prior to this, she spent five years as an executive director at Epworth Richmond and seven years as an executive director and Chief Operating Officer at St Vincent’s Private Hospital.

David commenced at Bendigo Health in 1993. During his time with Bendigo Health he has held a number of roles including Nurse Educator, Clinical Care Co-ordinator, Operations Manager, Medical/Surgical Director of Nursing and Chief Nurse & Midwifery Officer. This has given him diverse experience and a thorough knowledge of Bendigo Health and its proud history. David has been in his current executive position since 2021.
Outside of Bendigo Health, David has been a Board Director of Rochester Elmore District Health Service for the past 8 years and has previously held the role of Board Chair.
He has completed a number of leadership programs including the Australian Institute of Company Directors Course and is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Health Service Management.

Seema commenced her position as EDMS in Bendigo Health in February 2025. She is an experienced clinician, with medical administration experience at facility and district level in NSW and more recently in Victoria in Barwon South West region.
She has 20 years’ experience as a senior surgeon which supports a strong understanding of a clinician’s perspective and provides a strong basis in patient focussed leadership in health.
Seema completed a Masters in Public Health in 2022 and has a history in clinical governance and QI activities as a clinician and in her health leadership role.

Craig has more than twenty years’ experience in senior positions, across the health sector; in public, private and senior government roles, in service delivery (hospitals, primary care, aged care, homecare, digital health) and financing (health insurance, government, retirement income strategy).
Craig was previously the Executive Director of Strategy, Quality and Improvement at St. Vincent’s Public Hospital, Melbourne. Prior to this he spent five years as an Executive Director at Cabrini Private Hospital.

Sally graduated as an Occupational Therapist and commenced working at Bendigo Health in 1999. Her initial work in occupational therapy across the healthcare continuum fostered an interest in evidence based practice and health service design. This led her to move from clinical areas and to seek out opportunities in service development, such as project and quality roles.
Over the past ten years, Sally has held a range of leadership positions including Allied Health Team Leader, Chief Occupational Therapist, Director of Allied Health, Chief Allied Health Information Officer and Acting Executive Director of Integrated Care Services. Sally is also the Chair of the Loddon Mallee Allied Health Leadership Group.
Sally’s key areas of interest are supporting staff, developing services that support our community across the continuum of care, and lifelong learning.

Carol-Anne has extensive experience in a variety of positions within Victoria’s Public Health Service, including Executive Director, Nursing Director, Senior Management, and Clinical and Health Board Director. Carol-Anne also has over 20 years nursing experience in clinically facing roles including Emergency Department, Critical Care, Clinical Educator, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Nurse Unit Manager, Access Manager and Forensic Nurse Examiner with the Victorian Institute of Forensic Medicine.

Sally has worked at Bendigo Health since 2017, after spending a majority of her career in Melbourne, and has become a passionate advocate for regional and rural healthcare. She has extensive experience in public health services as a clinician, educator, researcher, facilitator and leader. Being innately curious, Sally relishes asking why, challenging the status quo and seeking to improve the safety and quality of care and the experience and outcomes for patients and their families. As the Chief Quality Officer, Sally looks forward to having the opportunity to disrupt, challenge, encourage and empower all staff to lead improvement in healthcare.

Cameron Olsen leads the Finance and Resources division of Bendigo Health.
Cameron has worked in the health sector for a number of years, holding executive roles in other health services within the Loddon Mallee region before joining Bendigo Health in 2021.
Cameron is a Chartered Accountant with significant experience in financial management and corporate services as well as risk and compliance. He has led many large capital projects provided through both state and federal funding.
Prior to joining the health industry Cameron was an auditor responsible for various large-scale government industry audits including public hospitals.

A/Prof Rex Prabhu was appointed as the Chief Medical Officer in May 2025, overseeing Clinical Governance Division and regional priorities for the Loddon Mallee Health Network.
Prior to this, Rex served as Executive Medical Director at Swan Hill District Health and held senior roles in New South Wales, including Assistant Director of Medical Services at Manly and Mona Vale Hospitals and Clinical Superintendent at Westmead Hospital in Sydney.
Rex is passionate is passionate about driving innovation, fostering clinician leadership, and designing sustainable training pathways that empower the next generation of healthcare professionals. He values deep collaboration across health and community sectors, with a strong focus on building social capital and cultivating a culture of wellbeing among healthcare workers. His work is guided by the belief that connected, supported teams are essential to delivering meaningful and lasting improvements in patient care—particularly in rural and regional settings.

Melissa was appointed to the role of Chief People Officer in May 2024, overseeing the People and Culture division.
Joining Bendigo Health in 2007 after five years in the public health sector, Melissa previously held HR positions at Australia Post Shared Services and RMIT University.
Melissa worked on the New Hospital Build (NHB) project and her industrial relations and organisational change experience affords her a broad understanding of Bendigo Health’s overarching service.
The People and Culture Division supports managers, staff and volunteers working at Bendigo Health through a range of services including workforce planning, resourcing strategies, employee relations, industrial relations, learning and development and workplace health and safety.
