Outpatient Rehabilitation Services provides outpatient rehabilitation to children and adults in the Bendigo and Northern Victorian region.
What we do
Rehabilitation is time limited, goal orientated and aimed at maximising potential and quality of life and can be provided either in the centre or in the client's home.
- Provides a range of compensable services (NDIS/WC/TAC)
Most clients receive a range of services including:
- Amputee Clinic
- Back Rehabilitation Clinic
- Cognitive Dementia and Memory Service (CDAMS)
- Continence Service
- Falls and Balance Assessment Clinic
- Hand and Upper Limb Clinic
- High Risk Foot Clinic
- Lymphoedema Service
- Management of Hip/Knee Osteoarthritis via Exercise and Education (MOVE) Group
- Neurological Rehabilitation
- Orthopaedic Rehabilitation
- Pain Rehabilitation
- Pulmonary/Chronic Heart Failure Rehabilitation Program
- Spinal Injury Rehabilitation

How to refer your patient
Refer via e-Referral (SeNT), fax or post to the Bendigo Health Referral Centre.
You can provide information using your personal letterhead or a computer generated form. Please include information about the patient’s condition, functional ability, the impact their condition is having on normal daily activities and some indication of the expected outcomes. Your patient will be contacted to organise an appointment time.
